First Doctor's Appointment
Lily went to her first pediatrician visit on Tuesday to see Dr McGranahan. She was dressed in mom's favorite outfit - "the owl". Mom's favorite part of any outfit is the hat and this one makes her and Lily very happy. Her weight was 5 pounds 6 ounces which represents a 6% decrease from her birth weight - Dr McGranahan was pleased. He recommended one additional blood draw, which came back within normal limits. After the blood draw, Lily received her first big kid bandaid and mom got an extra one for her baby book. After the big day out on the town, Lily was in a rush to get home to eat - she takes after her dad. She has a follow up visit scheduled for next week to check her weight once more.
