Lily was very busy on Easter Sunday making stops in Lincoln to see the Stacy family and later in Kane to see the Young family. We arrived in Lincoln early in the morning and found that the Easter bunny left a huge basket full of goodies for Lily at Grandma and Grandpa Stacy's house. After looking through the basket, mom and dad handed Lily off to Great Aunt Char, Great Aunt Mary, Great Uncle Tom, and Uncle Alex. We ate Easter lunch and set off for Kane. We arrived in Kane in the late afternoon, changed our diaper, and immediately started the Young Easter Egg Hunt.
The Easter bunny hid tons of eggs in Grandma and Grandpa Young's front yard and Cousins Aaron, Brandon, and Logan all went on the hunt with Lily. A picture of Lily's first find is attached to this story. Since it was so cold on Easter, Lily wore her Easter dress covered by a bunny outfit to hunt for eggs. After the hunt, we opened our eggs to see the stash, looked through our baskets at all the clothes and toys, and, of course, ate again. Aunt Dawn, Great Aunt Brenda, and Great Grandma Gaffney all relieved mom and dad from baby duty.
